What did the man with the tattoo concentrate in school? I trust he is a craftsman. What sort of music does he tune in to? I envision that we tune in to a large number of similar tunes. He looks too youthful to even think about having kids, however does he plan to? The manner in which he humors and grins at the kid, I trust he does. I envision he has more youthful kin who worship their older sibling. In my brain I investigate the potential outcomes and I make up answers to my own inquiries. At that point I proceed onward to other people, to the individuals who simply sit alone and mind their own business. They captivate me the most, in light of the fact that their outward appearances give me so little knowledge into their lives. Let your breathing slow down, and start breathing  from your belly instead of from your chest, letting your abdomen expand and contract with each breath. For more practice, try these breathing exercises.Bring awareness to your feet. Now slowly bring your attention down to your feet. Begin observing sensations in your feet. If you notice any uncomfortable sensations, focus your attention on them. Breathe into them, and see what happens. Visualize the ten sion leaving your body through your breath and evaporating into the air. Move on when you feel ready.Scan your entire body. Continue this practice with each area of your body, gradually moving up through your feet until you reach the top of your head. Notice how you feel and where youre holding your stress. If theres any tightness, pain, or pressure, continue to breathe into any tightness, pain, or pressure youre feeling. This can help you release tension in your body now, and be more aware of it in the future so you can release it then, too. Tips Practice this body scan meditation anytime you feel stress or several times throughout the day as a regular practice.If you dont have a lot of time, you can do an abbreviated version of this body scan meditation by just sitting and noticing any place in your body that youre carrying tension, rather than moving from part to part. Girls Gone Wild Over four short months in 1692, several people in the colony of Massachusetts, discovered an easy solution to gain attention, impress local clergy and magistrate, get into the good graces of God, and get rid of people that they found disagreeable—by accusing them of witchcraft. This period, which became known as The Salem Witch Trials, enforced the belief that Puritan ministers spoke for God himself, and also that their opinions were infallible. At least twenty people were killed because of false accusations, and hundreds had their names and reputations torn apart over accusations that they practiced witchcraft (Norton, 2002). Strict Puritan values, a fear of witchcraft, and the counsel of local pastors created the mass hysteria that made the Salem Witch Trials an indelible part of American history. While the Salem Witch Trials is the most well known case of accused witchcraft to students in the United States, it is not the first. In 1484, Pope Innocent VII I acknowledged that witchcraft was happening throughout Europe, and appointed two friars to investigate and report on this suspected witchcraft. In 1486, Heinrich Kramer and Jacob Sprenger published Malleus Maleficarum, which explained how witches are real, and are not harmless, but powerful, and working hand in hand with the Devil (Wicasta, 2007). Kramer and Sprenger’s work was not only a model on how to identify, prosecute, and stop witchcraft, but also put forth modern fears and superstitions

The organisms will now express a new protein. Proteins determine form and metabolism. Genetic engineering changes the natural DNA of living things, cutting across species boundaries. In my own personal experience the best thing to do was to meet the group and get to know the members and see what they are like. Due to my confident and influential personality my perception would have originally been that of the alpha female. Looking at the team roles outlined, I would have classed myself as a â€Å"co-ordinator†; â€Å"Mature, confident, a good chairperson; clarifies goals, promotes decision-making, delegates well. This summary reflects how I would try to control the group work to what I want to achieve. Being a naturally confident person I felt that I would be able to exert influence on people to achieve what I wanted by allowing my â€Å"behavior [to be] controlled by my internal personality (Bateman and Crate, 1993). As tasks began, I found it difficult to â€Å"let go† when tasks were divided and I tried to micro-manage. This lack of trust in other peoples work meant that I put additional pressure and workload on myself. In order to improve my actions (and stress levels) I have to better understand my ‘locus of control’ (Rotter 1966); whether the event is within(internal) or beyond(external) my personal control. I have come to learn that winning is not everything and too great a focus on it can block learning. Problems came to head when my considered personal strength was mixed with another strong character, I felt like I had to fight to get my point across. I felt beaten by constant, critical comment as she would often counteract my ideas or discard them. However, we found that our debates achieved an effective balance and we produced a high quality presentation by using constructive criticism. I realise now that she was not aiming to target or discredit my ideas or work but she was just trying to achieve a better result by challenging my suggestions. I have learnt that in future I should value all criticisms as they can enhance my performance. † Finally It’s all about the journey and not the destination. Focus on the process and learning with an internal emphasis. It’s not about whether you got the tasks right or wrong but about what you learned about yourself and life whilst doing them.
